Return Policy
We work hard to keep our prices as low as possible, and that involves approaching returns a little bit differently than other companies. That is why we don’t build return costs into our sale price, so the people who love their MagMitts don’t end up paying for someone else’s returns. Instead, we apply a 15% restocking fee to all returns to help offset the shipping and processing costs of a return. We still lose money on all returns, but this allows us to keep MagMitts affordable for anyone who wants some in their kitchen.
Returns
We want you to love your MagMitts as much as we do, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a partial refund.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
- Returned in/with their original packaging.
Not sure if your order qualifies? Email us at support@themagmitt.com, and we’ll let you know beforehand OR find a solution that works for everyone. As long as you're willing to talk about it, we are willing to listen.
Return Shipping
When you request a return, we'll get in touch and provide you with a prepaid shipping label to make sure the return is as simple and easy as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether or not it’s been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We understand that this is higher than other return policies, but this policy allows us the keep our sales prices as low as possible.
Exchanges
Mistakes happen. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost whatsoever to you. Just contact us at support@themagmitt.com, and we will make it right.
