Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• All orders qualify for free ground shipping.
• Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Price will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship to the contiguous USA and APO addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
